I would recommend checking out meetup.com for and searching real estate. There is a meetup at the KW in Bethlehem I believe on the first tuesday of the month and there is also one at the KW in Allentown. These are two that I frequent, being a KW agent myself.

Welcome to BP great to have you! I'd recommend just looking through the blogs and picking through the ones that interest you. Maybe get out there and look for some REIA meet-ups in your area to talk to local investors.

If you have a job, save up as much money as you can. Go to your local REIA meetings and learn from other investors. I couldn't officially start my own business until I was 18 because you can't get into a contract when you're under 18.

Theres an extension for google chrome called penny posting. Not sure how it works really, but my ads used to get flagged about 25% of the time. Now its down to maybe 1% so I'd say it works. Its not an auto-posting tool though, you still need to post. It just lowers the rate of flagged ads. Hope that helps.

Forgot to mention, also renegotiated slightly to $54k at 4% over 15 years instead of 55k at 4.2% over 12 years. Brought payments down to roughly $400 monthly
