Thank you very much for the help. I am definitely taking help from agents and property managements for Detroit market, but didn't know much about whom to contact for the Cleveland market. My aims aren't high as such, and as I said I am looking around that price range to test the waters first and then as I gain more confidence I can invest more. Still I would like to know which is better Cleveland or Detroit?

Hi,

Foreign buyer, first time home buyer in USA. My price range is $10,000 to $15,000 and looking for consistent rental income properties, and appreciation being second on my list. As this is my first property, so want to take chances with just the above price range mentioned. So is Detroit or Cleveland good for rental income purpose? As I can see there are many properties around that price range in Zillow and Trulia.

Hi,

Thanks everyone for the great info. Yes I am going through a agent which has had good reviews and a good customer base and with Stellar Property Management as they have a good history. By safe bet I meant was I am ready to take chances but with thorough research, I have read that Wayne County is a good area to buy in with good rental incomes.

Hello,

I am a foreign investor and don't have any knowledge about Detroit. I have shortlisted few good property agents and a good property management company. Property appreciation is second on my list, and first being "consistent" rental income. As this is my first property purchase in the US, I would like to know if buying a property in Detroit for the purpose of rental income a safe bet?

Hi,

I am from India and planning to buy property through Global Investments. I would like to know if anyone deals in Home Loan for Foreign Buyers. My Individual Credit Score, which is given by CIBIL (India's reputed and only credit rating agency) is very good and my company as well is rated good by CRISIL which is a S&P Company, and both credit score reports can be sent across as well.
