I've been doing a lot of marketing in Orange County where I live and door knocking on preforclsure and spending every dollar I have from my full time job and not just generating enough leads to get a deal and was about to move to Texas in hope to finally achieve more success.

And got a call and he left a message

He said he need 30k and ask if I can do a 90 days lien on his house,

I don't know what this mean, I'm only familiar with wholesale

So if you guys can help explain to me what he means so I can call him back with a solution.

My name is Tu, 22 years old and I'm from Westminster California. I am an artist, I can speak Tagalog, Vietnamese and English and learning Spanish. I got into real estate through reading rich dad poor dad book. Right now I'm studying for my real estate license as suggested by BP blog for beginner.

I heard that Orange County is one of the tougher market so I'm looking for a mentor for sure. I ask someone locally who is a fix and flipper and I offer to be an intern and do any task but he didn't reply :(

Me and my buddies have posted bandit signs and ads on craigtlist, basically a newbie, just started in November and here to make friends and contribute Aswell ;)
