@Neal Collins Thank you, I’m actually looking at properties in a few places. Newberg, Dayton, McMinnville, St. John’s area, Hubbard, Milwaukee, and Bend. Really just trying to find my first deal.

Hello, everyone,

I’m a new member to bigger pockets and I’ve been listening to the podcast for over a year now. I finally made a profile to expand my network and reach out to other investors in my local market.

I'm more focusing on multi family real estate. Triplexes and quadplexes is what I'm looking for, for my first investment. I would like to use my VA benefits to house hack (BRRR method).

Thank you,

Tunui-
