Network at your local REI group. Search recent cash sales of homes in your area and see who is doing the buying. Attend an auction. Ask here on BP as you have, and mention your area in the title. If you have a good deal, the buyers will come!

However, I have never done any type of real estate deals. As a rookie, I was told that wholesaling is the best to start off. As experienced RE investors, what would advice me to do?
