Hey team, I just noticed that the BPCON is sold out and I am interested in purchasing tickets from someone who won't be able to make it. Thanks!

I went live on social media today talking about consistency.

Ask anyone in the group if it took consistent action over time to succeed.

All of them will say YES!

As a case study on this concept, I've been maxing out my action steps over the last couple of days and tracking the progress

It's been 90 days of tweaking and analyzing, and I still am just scratching the surface!

Raising the capital to close on your next syndication will happen following stay consistent!

Quote from @Geoffrey Lane:

@Charles Tucker Kimbrough this is incredible. I also graduated in 2020 and high-tailed it to Atlanta. I have an incredible interest in owning a portfolio made of short-term rentals and long terms to offset the higher risk of short terms. I would absolutely love to hear more about how you went from your first deal to where you are now man!

Absolutely connect with me and we can discuss further!

It is all up in the Flathead valley. We got priced out of Big Sky.

Quote from @Chris I.:

66 units on a fresh college grad salary/military?  You have a big money partner or something?  Is RE that cheap in Idaho/Montana?

I scaled very quickly and aggressively through partnerships and by raising capital!

In 2020 I graduated from Auburn University's Engineering College. 👷‍♂️

I commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Marine Corps a few months later.

But there was a pandemic, and my start date was pushed back a year.

So I did what any 22-year-old from Atlanta would do, packed my bags, and moved to Big Sky, MT, to teach Skiing and Snowboarding. ⛷🏂

Once I got there, I met some folks that did well in the Real estate market. 🏡

I wanted in!

✅offered to help in any way possible.
✅cold-called
✅knocked on doors
✅called every real estate agent in 3 counties looking for deals.

We found a few that worked, but we failed to close 13 offers in 13 deals and lost five months of cold calling and networking until finally, we got one under contract; six hard months later, we closed.

That's the story of how I started in Real Estate.

Now I have 66 units in my portfolio between Single Family, Commercial units, and Short term rentals. 🏙

My goal is to help as many people as possible succeed in Real estate.

Looking

to do more deals in the rocky mountains soon!

It has been a steep learning curve, but we kept bouncing back and learning new strategies to combat any obstacles we faced.

Much appreciated!
