My name is Tucker Felts and I manage Treehouse Properties with my dad. The majority of our rental properties are in Hermitage and Donelson TN. The properties we have are all duplexes besides one house. We are always looking to add another duplex and prefer to buy them in rough shape and make them our own. I have been a long time listener to the Bigger Pockets podcast and finally decided to join the BP community to learn more about landlording and to meet other landlords.
