If you have good references for:

* Boots on the ground: inspections, services, logistical work...

* Handy-man: maintenance, small construction repairs...

Thanks

Anyone here can confirm that the rent from section 8 is close to the payment standards for the respective zip codes?

Anyone invest in section 8 tenants in Indiana?

If you do, could I ask how that has been going and has the rents been comparable to the payment standards advertised by the respective housing authority?

I'm thinking of investing in Fort Wayne, IN. But more so in Indiana, for the low property taxes.

Also, any remote investors?

Thanks so much.
