Looking at 2bd 1 or 2bth condos in Summit County, Colorado. Specifically, in the Wildernest of Silverthorne.

Anyone have experience with STR rentals there? What's the annual average income on a property like that? Renting 150-180 days of the year it seems?

What are some of the best STR books you've read? Looking to get started in the STR business in Colorado.

Phillip, my gf and I just moved here a little over a month ago from NJ. We live in an apartment building in Jefferson Park. Right next to the Highlands. Both of these areas sound like what you're describing. We're a quick 5-7 minute uber into the city.
