Loopnet, spoke with the agent and was able to negotiate based on the current state of the property.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Close to school, promising area.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

We found it originally on Zillow, then we discussed financing options.

How did you finance this deal?

Through the bank.

How did you add value to the deal?

We have so far fixed up one bathroom, added new carpet/paint to the entire unit, fixed up the kitchen.

What was the outcome?

Currently using it to provide equity in Florida deal.
