Post: Offer under bank ask

It all depends on what it's worth. Sometimes the asking price is low to get multiple bids and other times it's high and they don't even realize it. I've offered 150% and have been rejected but have also been able to get others for less than 50% of the asking price. If you want them to drop the price take some pictures and show them some of the problems with the house. Many banks or investors that are not in the area don't know some of the problems wrong with the house and will negotiate if you show them.

I give out my bank account number (it's on all my checks anyway) so that they can make deposits directly into my account. One of the banks I use is Chase. I've had people get money to me via chase in many ways such as... e-mail, mail, transfer over the phone, do online transfers and go in to a branch.  Whatever they choose to do works for me because I can collect any of those ways without having to pick up the money in person.

Hi Bill, I have about 25 properties in Port Huron. I also do property management for others. I have a good team that can take care of most problems. I'd be interested in helping you flip some houses and have a lot of experience in this area.

I have quite a few properties already and continue to expand. I'm looking to form a LLC soon. I will be meeting with an attorney but wanted to see what advice you guys had... Maybe questions I should ask; things I should think about or be careful of; anything to make sure i do or don't do etc.? Any advice is helpful thanks.
