I invest in pre-development properties throughout the United States and Mexico. These properties are purchased (with the clout of over 100,000 buyers in our group) at substantially under market prices (creating instant equity) in hot baby boomer market areas that are carefully hand picked and determined to still have substantial upside potential over the next several years.

Has anyone else been involved in pre-development investing?

I started a little different them most investors. I started and am still investing in pre-development properties. This is very different from pre-construction investing.
