Are those all calls that you intend to close on or do you do you have a pattern/certain number of calls before hand?

I understand that you have to take the chance and just get up and do it. How do you know when its time to take the jump and make your first call to start investing? Please share how you knew you were ready to go.

Wow thanks everyone. I watched a youtube video of Hal Elrod speak, I am going to start working on my daily morning routines. They are clearly so important.

That's a good idea drill goals into my head. I'll look into it. I'm looking some of his stuff up right now

@Lindsay Denny .  Do you seperate your short term and long term gold or just throwing them together?

I am starting an internship with my local realtor this summer. What are things I can be doing now to prepare for it? I want to make her say WOW at my work and what I already know.

Awesome great information to have! @davemeyer and everyone's contribution here. I got a lot out of it.

Thank you

Looking to become the best at what I want to do. What do the best agents/Investors do every morning once they wake up compared to the not so good agents/investors.

@Dell Schlabach, I'm a college student now, so a little reading a little wont be a problem.

Thanks!

Hi everyone, I am getting ready to go for my Ma licence next month. Wondering if anyone has suggestions on what I could study before the classes to prepare myself better for the course?

Hi everyone I'm Troy a college junior who is looking to learn a lot about flipping houses and properties in general.

I was just wondering what are a few ways and techniques I could use to get started soon with little to no capital? I would like to flip a house or two during my summer break. I am going to be interning with a local realtor. I know I don't need my license but I want the experience and I've already committed to it.
