I have bought and sold many homes over my life all with cash or regular financing. I first heard about Pace and thought at first he was not legit. I kept at watching his videos for about a month and jumped into Subto In July 2023. I can tell you that the value he brings is totally next level. He brings out bonus after bonus after bonus for no extra cost at all. I am connecting with some of the best people I have ever met in the real estate industry even doing local meetups. Thank you @Caleb Heimsoth! I agree. It’s a rough market to make the numbers work. I have a contractor for the Dallas area but I don’t have anyone lined up if I go to another market place.

Thanks for responding @Darlington Agu! I'm okay with other areas as well as long as I can manage the BRRRR rehab. If it wasn't a BRRR I would be really comfortable but if it was long distance I would need some suggestions on long distance rehabbing

My wife and I are going to buy 2 BRRRS (either duplex, triplex or 4 plexs) Before the end of the year. My wife is a realtor so we want to leverage her license in this endeavor. We have money for down payment and I am a mortgage broker so we have a good grip on financing but what I need help is with getting her and I trained to do this correctly and picking our method to get these properties. We live in Dallas TX area. I need suggestions on what you would do if you were me to get these 2 BRRRS knocked down before end of year? Thank you!
