@Kyle Weinapple I'm glad your focusing on real estate young, My advice would be to house hack using a FHA loan to purchase a multi family property 2-4 unit property.

@Joe P. What I usually do is put a contingency into my lease agreement, basically giving them the option to break the lease if they pay a set amount.
