Hi everyone! I am part of a new family-owned investment company. We made our first purchase in September 2023, a rental property averaging about $3k in monthly revenue so far. Our second property was booked for 3 months the day after we listed it. We just closed on 6 lots in an emerging market. As a family we didn't want to spend much time "talking" about getting into real estate investing, so we just did it! Shout out to Nike! 

Needless to say, we are learning a lot as we go! Our approach so far has been relatively aggressive. I hope to learn and contribute as part of this community!
