Hey guys! I'm new to the real estate community so if you guys could give me some advice, that would be greatly appreciated. Currently I'm a sophomore in college on the Pre-Dental track and I would eventually like to invest in real estate. My time during the school year and, hopefully, in dental school will be limited due to the workload but I still would like to learn about the industry and how to invest in it. What type of real estate sector would be best for a hands-off approach? My goal right now is to learn as much as I can about the industry  and once I start accumulating capital I will invest into a certain sector of real estate. Would crowdfunding or commercial real estate be a feasible option? Also, once I've decided a possible sector to explore, what would the best way to learn more about that sector and grow? Thank you.
