Any suggestions? Just looking for listings at this time, and Loopnet seems to have the lions share.

When did Loopnet raise the price for premium searching to over $250/month?

Used to be $100 or so....

Can anyone quantify the difference between a regular account and premium search? Is it worth it?

Can anyone point me to the BP member/frequent poster who has a really nice multi-fam analyzer spreadsheet for sale under $50 on their website?

Ive seen it advertised in their signature but didnt bookmark it and am now trying to find it.

Any help is appreciated!

if buying using subject to, how does the listing agent's commission get covered? cash funds put in at closing by the buyer?
