I ran into the same guy from a different RE site and I have to agree. When I spoke with him on the phone I couldn't really make out what he was saying but definately foreign. I had the same issue with downloading the application he emailed to me. I told him about it and he told me that he was technical difficulties Im glad I googled him and thanks to you guys you all just confirmed and thanks to BP!

Hello Trottie here. I've been having trouble finding fsbo instead ive been running into alot of other investors that already have the contract of the property or its a realtor. Is it possible to still do a deal that way? If so how? Getting a buyer is not a problem for me.
