Hello all! Looking for recommendations on great property management companies in the Cincinnati area. I’ve done research but hoping to hear from REs with personal experience.
Thanks!

@Chris Wharton Hi Chris. Thanks for your response. I would love to connect and see what my options are. I will PM you.

@Remington Lyman Will do. Thank you!

Hello BP! I am new to real estate investing and was hoping to get insight from a community of more experienced investors, so here I am! Through my research, what I’ve seen is that lenders are typically requiring 25-30% down for investment properties. Are there any lenders licensed to do business in Ohio offering 20% down for investment properties?

@Greg Scott Thank you for your response.

@Stephanie P. Thank you for your response. Very helpful!

Hello All! New investor here. I've formed an LLC with 3 other family members, for a total of 4 members with equal ownership. We would like to purchase a rental property thru our new LLC, but know that since the LLC does not have any credit, the loan would need to personally guaranteed by a member of the LLC. My question is: Do all members of the LLC have to provide credit info, salary info etc to the bank for a loan or can the LLC member with the best credit score and highest income request the loan alone?

Thanks!
