@Tim Stuart that’s a super helpful idea, your the first to suggest using an influential book to help structure the meet. Thanks Tim

@Steven Goldman thanks for the insight, I’m looking to join other groups and organize my own as well. I feel that it will strengthen multiple skills that I value. Leadership, communication, and organization are all useful skills to build on. I appreciate the advice!

@Justin Hoggatt I felt that I didn’t provide enough value because I have no experience, so I’m currently messaging local agents and professionals in three space to see if they’d like to speak. I don’t want to waste time, I’ve noticed the most important thing to people is providing value. So I’m going to try it out, and hopefully grow it over time to provide more value to others, and eventually bring my own experience and continue to bring good speakers.

@Curt Smith I’m going to look on meetup tonight and see if there’s anything local. If there is I’ll go to some but I’ll still do my own, you never know where it will lead, thanks!

@Susan Dobbs thank you so much, I’ll check meetups.com out! I’m assuming it’s easier to find people and get them involved through the website as well!

@Bruce Woodruff most people have told me it would most likely be more appreciated and admired simply taking action rather than not doing anything because I lack experience. I’m certainly going to do some meet ups!
