Thank you for the warm welcome Nate! To give an birds eye view of where I am at in my real estate journey: I have read the “Rental Property Investing” book by BiggerPockets & watched/listened to many videos/audios for multi family investing. Currently, I am setting up my strategies to run numbers/deals/processes so that I can build connection with other motivated individuals looking to execute good deals & close my first deal very soon!

At the same time, I’m really just a sponge out here right now. Blending my hard work, strategies, & knowledge with the experience of others who’ve been in the game! My ear is open to anything I can learn and how I can create value for all the people who have experience in the field!
