Hello all, I am Tristan Crawford Lee, I'm a future contractor working under my father currently, but also looking into building a rental portfolio, and fix and flip strategy as well, I am located in the Lehigh acres area of Florida, next to ft myers. If anyone is interested in my contracting services, or assisting with future investment opportunities please contact me and I am happy to respond or help.

I grew up in the area for the past 13 years, duplexes and houses alike are at 2000 a month for rent in this case. I am also trying to build a relationship with investors in the area as I go, although I'm not sure how to do so fully

I am looking to make my first step into real estate investing in a year two by building a new duplex in the Lehigh acres area of Florida. I plan to build versus buy because Im currently working for my father, who is a general contractor in Fl, and will save on the construction costs because I can do most of the work for little cost other than materials. it would be minimum labor cost and no profit cost from contractor. I plan to build a duplex with approximated 800 sq ft units, 2 bd 2 baths each. My question is do more experienced real estate investors see this as a good starting investment idea?
