I don't know, but doesn't it seem kind of unprofessional to do the marketing over snapchat? I mean Twitter is something that is being taken seriously, but Snapchat I only associate with young wanna-be-models that upload pictures of themselves making kissfaces in their bikinis. Is it really being taken seriously? (Not trying to offend, genuinely curious!)

I recently made my first investment - a few condos in Sabbia Beach (from these ones to be exact). Now I am wondering what would be the best move? My thought was to rent them out for a while and see how that goes, keeping a constant eye on property prices in the area.

I also thought of upgrading them with some fancier furniture etc. to make them even more interesting for potential customers. Any ideas? As you can see I am completely new to this and would appreciate any kind of advice!
