I agree with what Jon said. A small legal fee up front can you save thousands on the back end...

@Matt R. I have been wanting to start an identical model here in Texas for quite some time.Combining wholesaling strategy with the turn key stuff would be nice as well. Where are you located?

Very passionate, I have 8 years experience in healthcare and 3 years in real estate. I made some plans for a 90 unit facility, all private pay. All I really need is a few investors, a fund I've worked with in the past has offered to cover 70% of the amount which should be in the neighborhood of 12mil
