We have had our 20 Acres of land (two titles of 10 acres) for sale, it is just a short drive from Lloydminster, Saskatchewan, Canada.  The land is zoned commercial/residential and is right close to the North Saskatchewan River.  Perimeter is fenced, dugout, water wells drilled (included in price), plus power is accessible at the corner of the property (Sask Power Quote 12K) RM of Britannia, NW 13-51-25-W3RD, 20 acres is in highlighted in blue $109,000 Canadian.  We have had 2 potential buyers who want to build but banks have told them with no building on the land they need 50 percent upfront. Is there any way around this?
