Dawn A. sorry for the late response, but yea I know I definitely want to get some property's in Philly & Orlando. In terms of budget I have $6k to invest in my first property & I was looking for something more on the terms of a duplex. Any idea what site I would look on to get find those type of properties?

I have the collateral saved up now to start the hunt for my first property flip, just don't know what steps I need to take in doing this to make means in getting this property or even where to look? Any suggestions BP?

Hey B.P, my name is Trey Tasco, I'm a young 19 year old entrepreneur/boxer born and raised in Philly. Right now I'm working as a full time car salesman for a local Nissan dealer. I have no experience in the real estate field, but I'm a quick learner and very aggressive. I am very anxious to start networking with everyone on B.P because everyone has a positive mindset and are willing to help steer you in the right direction. My goals for getting into real estate is to create my own wealth and become my own boss.
