I’ve been cold calling and havnt got much traction. I don’t really want to use a script because then I don’t sound like myself. I’m juT curious of some questions I should use as a guide that would help me know if the seller is motivated and it would be a good property. Thank you

I was more saying like a site to look at houses, something like Zillow. I don’t have access to the mls. But thank you, that is a good idea to start using excel now.

I am new to real estate and I just want to start learning to analyze deals. I am just looking for the best app/ website to do that. If anyone has any recommendations that would be great!
