Hello BP! My name is Trey Oliver and I'm a newbie wholesaler in Memphis, Tn. I have spent the last year gaining as much knowledge as possible regarding REI and after a few months of information overload and analysis paralysis, I have finally gotten the confidence to get out in the market and crush it!

I'm in the process of creating spreadsheets of cash buyers and their preferences right now, as well as potentially motivated sellers. I would like to get to a point where I can make 15-20 offers a week.

Looking forward to connecting with like minded people here in the Memphis area and providing quality wholesale deals to the serious investors in this market.

I know that I'm at a point where it's time to put down the books and home study courses and start taking action. Any advice or tips from the REI vets on here?

Can't wait to connect and even work with some of you!
