@Anson Young Yes! my research definitely has me leaning towards starting out with a multi family property and house hacking it.

Have also heard good things about live in flips but I’m currently trying to decipher what makes a home a good candidate for a flip vs a buy & hold property.

Thanks for the warm welcome!

Hello all!

I'm Trey, a 24 year old Atlanta native (ATLien?). I have always been very interested in real estate, and upon graduating from college tried my hand at bird-dogging, wholesaling and agency. If these endeavors taught me anything, its that id much rather be the investor! Now, I have started a semi-comfy career in medical sales, I now have had the chance to save some money in the hopes of purchasing my first deal in 2020.

I would love to hear from some seasoned investors, the greatest piece of advice you'd have for a rookie like me. I'd also love to be able to connect with some experienced investors in the area, so that I may expand my network. I'm energetic, hungry, and hoping to one day gain financial freedom through RE Investing!

Thank you in advance for all replies
