Hi Bigger pockets community, I would like some information on the best practice you have used to build a buyers list and also a sellers list. I am currently cold calling but would really appreciate your ideas and suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Hello fellow investors, My name is Roberto Treviño I am a new investor who started this full time career on August 2014. I am eager to meet people with the same interest in investing and I currently live in Mandeville, Louisiana just 40 minutes from New Orleans. My interest are buying fix and flip properties and also interested in wholesaling at this time while I continue learning everything about them and all other real estate investing topics. My goal is like most others on this site simply to replace my income from my previous job. Once again hello Bigger Pockets members !
