Does anybody have any advice about the rental market in Enid, OK. I am considering a 3 bed 1 bath rental property, but I don't know too much about the market. What are rents like there? Thanks. 

Enid Oklahoma Rental Property

I am considering making an offer for an owner financed property. I do not really know the next steps since I have always gone through a realtor. How do I go about negotiating and writing an offer? Do I go through an attorney? Also, is there anything that I need to look out here in Oklahoma?

Does anyone have any experience in mobile/manufactured homes in Oklahoma City/Edmond? What do I need to look out for? I haven't found much about rental prices and how they differ from a standard stick built home. Thanks.

I won't be able to make this meeting, but I am a teacher with one sfr that I am currently renting in Edmond. I have some free time in the summer and would like to get some more experience if someone has something going. I hope to make the next one.

I want to ask about how to structure this deal for all of those who have experience.

I know someone who owns a house that should be very good for a rental property. This person wants to move and needs to sell the house in order to make the down payment on the new house. I am trying to get another rental property, but I don't have enough money to buy right now. Can I find someone else to bring money to the table so the first person can put a down payment on the other house then we all three keep ownership of the old house and use it as a rental? Any advice would be appreciated.

Has anyone had trouble closing on a deal with Quicken loans? This is a potential deal in the Oklahoma City / Edmond area. They have already sent a preapproval letter.

What are your thoughts on buying a place with existing tenants? Will this increase the chances that a bank will finance the deal even if the home needs some work?

I'm looking for a 2-4 unit property.
