Hello Everybody! I own several STR properties in Branson, MO (currently have 60 doors) and a STR property management company. I am interested in buying a few apartment/condo type units and listing them as LTR instead of a STR. I don't have any knowledge or experience in the LTR world. See below for a few initial questions:

- What are the best sites to market LTD properties to find potential tenants?

- Is there a standard screening process for LTR tenants?

- Do most LTR owners require security deposits?

- Anything else I should be aware of?

I appreciate everybody's help in advance!

@John McGonigal Our first property has done very well so we just closed on our second in July, it’s about two weeks from the rehab being finished and our property manager thinks she already has a family set up to move in.

Hey Janelle! I have several STR's in Branson and have been considering a few LTR's. Out of curiosity, what websites do you use to actively market LTR properties to potential tenants? I am simply unfamiliar with the LTR world, but would love to get into it!
