What do you guys think of building a new home in Hazel Green for 250k with hopes of renting it out for 1700-1800?

Does that rent sound realistic? Is anyone in the area looking to rent? Would it be worth it to pay more and be closer to Huntsville?

@Curt Davis I would love it if you could share some specifics on how you got started doing those things and what you found to work best for you? Also for someone only looking for 10 deals a year would you think that the money would be better spent learning about auctions and other ways to buy off-market homes?

I have purchased a few homes from the MLS and want to ramp up the number of homes that we are buying.

I am curious what you guys think is the most effective way to start generating new leads.

I don't have any experience with getting new leads have always worked with agents to get my leads.

That definitely seems high we just got insurance for one of our homes in Huntsville and coverage on a 150k home we paid 

about $1100

Looking for low turnover high-quality tenants for long-distance investment

Via Zillow and went 5k blew asking and close in 10 days

How did you finance this deal?

Conventional loan and another third party loan to pay most of the down payment
