@Dion Jacobs

Great questions to ask. I'm unsure on all except the taxes are $60 per month.

Any other thoughts?

I would appreciate any thoughts as I am considering making my first rental property purchase. I found a single family unit on MLS that sounds like a great deal but I want to make sure I'm not missing something

3 bed 2 bath 1400sqft, asking price 60k

It was last purchased in 2017 for $3k according to zillow? It has been remodeled, new roof, paint, interior, floors, appliances, cabinets, countertops. It currently has tenants under contract until October 2019 for $850 per month. The Zillow estimate on the house is $72,888.

Most likely would pay cash for the property.

Thoughts guys? Thanks in advance for any help or pointers offered.
