My new questions would be. I am extremely interested in raising private capital. To not only get going in RE investing, buying holding, or Fix and Flip.

I can see myself going the route of getting my investors double digit returns backed by real estate. 

Question 1 is, who to reach out to in setting up IOU notes to investors?

2: where does the money go until it is deployed? LLC Bank account? Investment account ? ECT

The plan is for my brother and family to be the boots on the ground. Running Contractors, and such. For me, to be the business, funds raiser, as well as deal finder, sending deals for my brother and contractor to take a look deeper if the numbers look good. Or need a face to face with the seller.

Hey all! I hope you and your family are well! I am new to being an Investor. I have been absorbing a lot of content over the last year. I love the 90 challenge info from Dave Greene.

Recently Connected with a BP Real estate agent on agent finder! I have decided until I build up enough of my own capital with my Commercial Truck driver Career.

     I want to focus on creative financing. More so Owner Financing, or Sub to deals as well as in between. I love meeting new people, always has been one of my strong points.

I can definitely see myself being a pro at private capital raising. I have over 2 decades of customer service experience primarily retail grocery, and U-Haul. Been in Management half of that time.

I am willing and able to work for any of the BP community member. To gain more knowledge and experience while working towards my first deal within the next 90days.

I am looking to create Long term wealth, buy and hold. Every property I come across be it digital or drive by, I think. What could I use that for? Max potential right?

SO while helping your team, I am looking to build my own team in Georgia Market to start.  Keep in mind a remote worker, I can be your best virtual assistant. 

Few Questions, 

  What tool or site do you use, to see population growth and trends to find that sweet spot in growth?  0.8+

  What tool or site do you all use for skip tracing?

  What would you or do you, offer to a Realtor to entice them to share expired listings or off market deals? Especially when so many of them now are approached by Investors more than not.

  What challenges are you facing? Let's meetup see if I can't help on now or in the future.

Lastly, HUGE thanks to BP and the community members, for taking this from a .com to a POD cast, to U Tube and more. Sooner than Later I will be joining the PRO tour for all the Perks and stuff. 

Again, I am no stranger to customer service, digital software, cold calls, warm calls, meet and greets, public speaking. I've even done some work as a RE, project manager.

I open to JV, deal analysis, digital filing, to being a helping hand any way I can. I am remote, as I am a Commercial Truck Driver, HOWEVER, ever 7 days on road nets me a day off. So I can plan to meet you in person whoever that may be. Let's set up a meeting, so I can determine how I can help you with your problems. With the skillsets and creativity that I have.
