I’m a beginner when it comes to the real estate investing world.  My goal is to house hack a multi family unit in Atlanta or the surrounding area.  I would like to do this to really kickstart my real estate investing journey.  I have been looking on Zillow and Realtor for properties and don’t seem to be having much luck.  I am looking for advice/tips on finding multi family properties and how to navigate the works of real estate investing

Thanks for the response. Part of me was looking at it like 50% of something is better than 100% of nothing. I am still trying to find someone to do a HELOC on an investment property. Yes right now my struggle is getting enough capital to secure my next deal.

I am a new investor looking to scale. I currently have one rental property. A SFH home. I currently live in Atlanta but decided on Birmingham as the area I want to invest in. I do have some capital to spend. Looking to partner with someone to partner with someone who has capital and experience to help scale. I'm currently looking at SFH to invest. Willing to do small multi family deals. (2-4 units). Thanks in advance for the help.

I currently have a 5bd 3bth house located in Chesapeake, VA. Currently looking for property manager to take over property so I can rent it out. Originally used a VA Loan to purchase house in June 2017. Now just using as a rental. Any help would be appreciated.
