That’s one thought coming from a seller.

They are trying to protect potential buyers as the sellers would not allow a option period extension to have foundation looked  at properly. Sellers Agent and Sellers are withholding info and trying to pass their issues off onto a naive buyer.

I have a buyer that wants to share the home inspection report on the Neighborhood Facebook Group of the Neighborhood they potential looking to move into.  Thoughts on this from any professionals.  Thanks

Anyone have any input on this?  Or is this information already somewhere else and I haven’t come across it yet ?

I need help with leases, rental agreements, tenant criteria, etc when house hacking.   I have solid documents when renting an entire house but not much when house hacking. Can anyone help point me to good documents or how I need to word my documents when dealing with roommates ?

Thanks

Thanks for the feedback.

Question: if we claim this income on our taxes but do not depreciate part of house causing us to pay full taxes on the income, do we have to pay taxes on the depreciation when selling the house ?

I own a home and I have a few roommates. Do i report the roommate rent as income ?

If not then then follow up......My mortgage is paid off does this change things on reporting  income?
