Has anyone developed a calculator where you have your numbers in the background for framing, painting, flooring rates in the background and you can just input the sqft of the house and it spits out a rough number?

@Timothy W Hanson I am still waiting on the info from the realtor, the deal seems like a no brainer but there may be somethings that are uncovered once I start getting answers to my questions.

I have an opportunity to buy a mobile hole park, I am looking for some insight on what to look for and what important research that needs to be done that may be considered outside the box.
