Hi, My name is Trent Whiteheart. I'm from the Winston-Salem area (NC) and I am new to real-estate investing. I have prior experience in stock market investing but I have started to gain interest in real-estate investing as well. The idea of investing in real-estate was introduced to me about a year ago by one of my friends. Ever since we have talked about going into a real-estate investment business with them, another friend of ours and his brother. Over the past few months we have been more serious in our conversations about business and are going to start in about two months when my friend moves back to North Carolina. We our currently structuring and creating a business plan to be prepared when he gets back. We are currently planning on focusing on fix and flips to build capital to buy rental properties for cash flow. We are not trying to rush into anything because we still need to put capital together and finish structuring everything, along with further due diligence. The housing market is booming but currently the economy is rocky and there is a lot of fear of an economic crash. However we are eager to get our feet wet and do not want to wait around to get started. Looking to further educate myself in real-estate investing and investing strategies
