Thanks Dan! For San Diego, I'm relatively still new to the area. For yourself are you looking for more student rentals or residential? 

Are you targeting a specific market in SD? 

@Dj Hume These are great I think as I'm starting out I'm being pulled to the big city names and thinking those are the only places to invest which is a terrible way to think.
