I was at BPCON 2021 this year (which was great) and in the vendor room at the bottom of the escalator there was a vendor that had very creative mailing pieces that you could send out.  I can't seem to locate any material from that vendor and didn't know if someone in here could refresh my memory.  I would like to get some information from them.  Much appreciated for any help.

Hello Everyone.  From Fort Wayne Indiana and this is my first Bigger Pockets event.  Got hotel, tickets, and flight booked.  Staying at Sheraton with Wife.  Flipped my first house earlier this year and am working on buying a duplex and looking for next flip.  Looking forward to meeting everyone!

I'm all signed up and got the hotel and plane tickets.  Super excited.  My wife is coming and due to cost isn't doing the conference with me.  Are spouses allowed to attend the evening social events with us?

New Real estate investor here.  I've done one flip and that was using a loan in my personal name.  The bank had a portal for me to upload all my documents.  I've setup a company on the next one and am qualifying for commercial loans.  The banks are asking me to email my tax returns and financials to them.  That doesn't seem the most secure to me.  One I was able to drop a USB drive off to one bank, another won't accept a USB.  Either hard copy or I have to email.  So my question is how does everyone else give their financial information to their banks?
