I have a mixed used rental property with two restaurants and 4 apartments. The insurance was $2400 initially, but after 5 years now it is at $3800 a year. We have zero claim since owning this building. Anyone with a good recommendation for insurance?

How much are you guys paying for property management?  I am looking for one, currently I have 24 units managing myself.   The properties are in Lehigh Valley PA area.
