Jevon Cecil I know exactly what you mean and I'm trying to break away soon so I don't run into the awful point of being stuck analyzing... I'm mostly anxious about building a team but I'm sure with a little networking and searching everything will fall through!

Thank you Jeff B. I agree with the BRRRR plan very much and that's really what I'm leaning towards! I plan on keeping the day job until my savings is ready to take on a property loan to do so! Planning on working hard to quickly reach this goal.

Real Estate creates a euphoric headache for me while trying to learn all that I can about it. The anxious feeling I get makes me want to get the ball rolling right now but I know In my heart and mind for this to work I have to build the right path for things to roll smoothly and efficiently. My question to the BP family is for someone who wants to stop the 9-5 at an early age and start making REI a full time career (eventually becoming passive) what is the best way to start off. I'm thinking about buying and holding but I don't feel like cash flow wise it would enable me to stop working as soon as possible which lead me to wholesale and flipping first but I only have 2,000 extra a month to put towards those options there. I'm just lost and want to get started. I'm just trying to stop the spin cycle and work towards moving forward. Thank you all for your time and all opinions and recommendations are very much appreciated!

Thank you Ross V. For extending the help it's really appreciated. I'm so anxious to jump In but I know have much more to learn... I just really wish I had all the answers but it's quite the opposite which makes me so hesitant. I have actually stumbled upon a situation and I would love to talk to you more about it to just get some advice from a wise source. If I could PM you or talk about it somehow I would be beyond grateful. I tried to see if there was a way to follow you to send a direct message but it doesn't seem to work. Again if I could just discuss this opportunity I have with you it would help a lot. Thank you.

Thank you @Charles Sullivan for  the opportunity to reach out to you. I did visit the website and I did send in my info with the quick letter at the bottom. I'm greatly looking forward to speaking more with you about progress and where to start. If it would be easier I can give you my email or any other credentials to make communication smoother. Thank you again.

Will do! Again I'm humble and very eager to learn and any help I get is very much appreciated! I'm glad I have found somewhere to grow and make this the best career it can be! I do have one question as of now... I'm in the process of studying and reading right now but I'm scared to go to far and miss the start button... mostly I'm doing this because I'm nervous about the actual credit and loan side of the whole operation. For someone like me who has an extra 2 grand a month with my full time job, what do you believe would be the best way to go about loans and what is the best site or person to go to for searching for the correct property?? I know I'm very weak with my verbiage but I'm trying to make it as clear as I can. Thank you again!
