thank you all for making me feel so welcome!!!

Until I do a little more business defining not sure what exactly I am looking for except passive income. Currently listening to "E-Myth revisited" which is so helpful in thinking about planning the business. What take away did you all get that has been so helpful from the book?

Thanks again BP!

I am a full-time interior designer who is looking to build passive income and have fun doing it! Like so many I have been influenced by "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" a few years ago through my son, who is a great numbers person. I have been listening to the BP podcasts for a few months now and have started recently pre-license RE classes. Just wanted to say Hi to the community and a huge thank you to @Josh Dorkin and @Brandon Turner for the encouragement to get out there and start the process of investing rolling. Due to the many podcast guests that emphasize the importance of getting Liscensed I have started there. And I just downloaded "The E-Myth Revisited" audio book. and the "4-hour Work week" e-book.

Thank you to all the members who take time and share what you know works in this business. @Michael Woodward thank you for sharing your systems ideas--GREAT podcast!!

I hope to utilize my design training to spot good opportunities that can be re-habbed and am learning the RE business so I can be knowledgeable of the different opportunities and ways to invest.

I have shared with a few friends in RE classes so maybe we can get a real connect group going here, who knows?

Sincerely,

Treesa Hudson

Why not seek out an interior designer in your area to consult with you on your space? The value a professional brings is worth the expense in saving costly mistakes. Plus there could be many long term benefits associated with adding an interior designer's relationship into your network...

Check out the local ASID chapter for professionals in your area perhaps ????
