@Daphney Jacques

How do I come up with contracts for it? What is it that has to be said in the contract so I won’t get fined for wholesaling the house? Am I actually buying it if I’m just trying to do wholesaling? Do I contact them first before having a potential investor to buy the property

Ok so I’ve recently been reading books on how to get started with wholesaling. I’ve located a property I see that has potential. So now what do I do? How do I approach the seller? And also what’s a good way to find buyers?
