Hey everyone. Is it possible for someone with a VA loan to purchase another home with an FHA loan or a conventional loan?

I am looking at proposing a subject-to deal on their home but am curious if they will be left without any options to purchase a new house if they were to sell their home using that model. Let me know if additional details are needed to figure this out. This is based here in Texas.

@Alex Merkel Some believe that investing in yourself is the greatest investment you could make. I am one of those people. I think you need to choose an economical route and a degree plan that makes sense so you aren’t wasting money on classes that serve no benefit to you. Or start educating yourself on the career it seems you have already decided on and save a lot of money. This is one of those moments where you decide which is more valuable to you. Field experience vs a formal education and the value having that paper holds. I do not think going for an associates alone is worth it. I would get a bachelors by taking courses online through an accredited university while working and saving money. You may even be able to pull off your it’s deal in the mean time. That’s what I decided to do and am finally preparing to make my first buy and hold.

Hello BP!

I am a long time lurker and finally in a position to make my first purchase. Looking to build out my team and was looking for referrals on Realtors who specialize in investment properties in San Antonio. I am looking into my first property being a house hack.
