See thats what my thought was too… thats the reason I started looking at the property. Im good with the number especially in the long game. Im worried about younger less reliable tenants.

 Hey guy curious, is buying an investment property in a college town a good ROI? Wondering if anyone here has any properties around a college and if so what's your story.
