Fantastic story @Anton Ivanov. I am new to investing and member of BP community. I am currently closing on my first deal in my hometown which is, 4 SFH on one corner lot that is being owner financed.

My question to you would be, what criteria you have for PMs and Contractors in outside markets.

I just started with Stessa on my first real estate transaction. I used a private lendor to fund the re-hab (cash) and owner financed the purchase price (minus down payment)

I have a bank account linked to Stessa and I see the cash deposit in the transaction tab.

How should I record this transaction (or what category from the drop down menu)? and also, should I be recording the owner finance loan in any other place besides the properties tab?

Stessa is really an awesome system. Everything you need for asset management on small or medium portfolios without much frill. I recommend Stessa to all my retail clients.

On the pricing page, it's mentioned that PRO perk is to get free RentRedi software, but on the member perks page, it's only a 40% discount.

Has anybody successfully gotten the free rentredi usage?

I have had the same questions. Any luck with getting answers?
