I’m wondering if anybody’s used this software and gotten any real utility from it. What’s it’s form? What’s it’s function? Is it efficient? Does it really create a lead funnel? I just want to know if it’s a good investment. Can anybody give me some feedback.

@Michael Williams

Hey Micheal. I’m new up here. I’m not sure if you’re still on BP. However, I read a post about the program Peter Vekselman has. My wife and I were considering partnering with him. Now, I will say, as you can see, it’s 2020. The post I read was from like 2016 or 2017. So I’m sure things have changed a lot with them and their program. Like, I see Joe is doing his own thing and Peter has got Partner Driven. My thing is, from what I saw from the threads from the earlier years is that they we’re trying to build that business. Because now the pricing model is completely different. They’ve built out the infrastructure now. They’re advertising an app, they’re saying you’ll get back-office support, 100% financing on your deals, Contractors, support with all administrative issues, one on one mentoring, weekly calls, 1000 leads, and 1000 skip traces a month. All this for $10k. You can either pay the $10k and be done with your financial obligation to them and you have a partner for life. There may be additional services available but you may have to pay for whatever’s outside the scope of the package you paid for. Or, you can put $2k down and make monthly payments of $1k. The catch is that because you did the payment plan, you pay $12k for the partnership. Is anyone currently in the program? And if so, have you seen a return on investment. Also, I was told that if you’re not satisfied, or you just can’t make your payment, you can freeze your account, and just pick back up where you left off if and when you can start back making the payments. Somebody tell me something.

@Darius Ogloza

I appreciate it. If you know of anybody you can ask, please do. I’ve seen an investor up here talk about lithe program. I just can’t remember where I saw it. He said he’s worked with Peter and that it’s what they say it is. Nevertheless, I think if more people are talking about it, we can all work together to protect each other from any nefarious operations in our industry. Thanks for the feedback.

Has anyone done this program? They’re guaranteeing 100% financing on your deals for a 50/50 split. Managing the rehab if it’s fix and flip. Is this really true? Has anyone partnered with Peter? I desperately need some input before I spend my $2k to get started. Thanks in advance for any feedback.
